[GreenKeys] 2B printer tape

Today I received a 2-B printer I won on eBay.  Despite a little surface 
rust here and there and a lot of dirt, all mechanical parts freely move 
and it doesn't seem like it will take long to clean up, lubricate, and 
adjust it.  So here's my questions:

What is the best oil to lubricate it?
Where can I find a manual?
And where can I get a roll of that 5/16" or so gummed paper tape?
