[GreenKeys] Not getting connected to ITTY

I'm on a new laptop and I just installed MMTTY and WinAMP. I've plugged into
Winamp the URL of http://207-207-72-42.ip.theriver.com:8000 but it's not
connecting. Is ITTY down?
