Email can sometimes be really a lousy way to communicate.

I am sorry to be upsetting to anyone and everyone.

I should not be writing to anyone on this list anymore, as too many  
of my messages are either incorrect or misunderstood.

Hopefully some of my posts have been helpful to a few recipients.

I need to get better medications from my doctor.  These are not working.

To quote my grandmother... Getting old is hell.
