The unit John is offering is in actuality a Model 14 Non-typing 
Reperf.

They are relatively quiet, and extremely reliable.

The reperf usually accompanying a Model 19 set is a High-base Model 
14 Typing Reperf, and when they were associated with a model 19 there 
were small casters on a small dolly that allowed one to roll it 
around a bit.

The designation for a "Model 19 Keyboard' is actually a Model 15 
perforator-transmitter.
