[GreenKeys] MC-88 Typewriter

Anyone know anything about the Army MC-88 typewriter?

I understand it's all caps.  Does it have a number 1 and a slash through the zero on the keyboard?

Is there a table that came with it?

What would be a reasonable price for a working unit?
