I suspect that "Michael Imrick" originally set up the web sites for qsl.net.

That at least explains the "imrick.org" that displays from 
http://63.238.179.185/index.html

He is now with GE in Fort Wayne, IN so maybe not available to work the issues.

I have tried to contact him to see whether he is still the responsible party.
