The only way to connect without DNS will be to use the actual IP address.

Does anyone happen to have it someplace?

Sometimes sites will inadvertently use the IP address in page links, so it 
is possible that you have a bookmark with the IP address rather than the 
name in the URL.

Also, If DNS isn't working email won't get to anyone in the rtty.com domain 
either.
