[GreenKeys] UGC-74B(3) missing board!

This is possible.  The only info I have is a partial diagram showing the 
interface signals going to the A2 board, and when I saw I had no A2 
board, I jumped to the conclusion that was my problem. 

This leads to the question of why I am seeing nothing connected to the 
G-H and K-L pins.  Or is this not how one connects a 60 ma loop?  It is 
annoying not having a manual, there is one at ETM:online but it is 
protected.
