[GreenKeys] Morse Code requirements

I guess I need to weigh in on this as it is important to me in a couple ways. 
 

I passed my element 3 last FEBRUARY 25, 2006.  I have one year to pass the 
code test.  I have studied and am able to copy pretty well, but not sure if I 
can pass the test yet.  I will still take the test on Feb 19th if I can.  The 
local ham club (I am a member now) is going to give it to me then.  There is 
also a hamfest at Milton, VT on the 24th of Feb where I would have one more 
chance to pass.  If not, I would have to re-take Element 3.  This effective date of 
change means I will still get upgraded to General even if I fail twice.  (Not 
sure they will even want to give me the test)

I dont think Morse is over and done with.  I know many who are using it and I 
plan to also, whether I pass the test or not.  

The timing of this has made my day!  1 day of leeway!!
