Yet another act of being " Political correctness " .
And to think it was done with the ACLU stepping in.


Actually, The ACLU had absolutely nothing to do with this.  This was the FCC
bringing our radio regulations inline with the rest to the world and the
ITU.  

I know of quite a few folks that didn't want to get their license because of
the code and, since the FCC's decision, have started studying for their
General license including myself.  Some might consider it cheating, but I am
only playing by their rules and if someone doesn't like it, then too bad.
The ITU and the FCC has spoken.
