[GreenKeys] What model teletype is this?

Hi Everyone,

A local collector called me today and offered me a pair of teletype 
machines.  I'm looking for a "companion" to my Model 15 that I use at demos 
to show both ends of a teletype circuit.

Anyway, when I went to see the machine which I thought would be a page 
printer, it turned out to be something different.  It's a small Western 
Union monkey-vomit green machine.  Since I'm new into teletypes, I don't 
know what this is.  I think it's a Model 14 Typing Reperforator.  Can 
someone tell me what model this is and, is it "compatible" with a Model 15 
if I wanted to connect them up to a local loop?  The guy has a pair of 
these.  Maybe I should pair 'em up?  Does it appear mostly complete (I think 
the can that covers the tape spool is missing and some of the key caps are 
missing).  Is the tape still available?
