[GreenKeys] Model 20 keyboard

Up to now I have assumed that the Model 20 was a receive-only printer,
used for monitoring Teletypesetter traffic.  I assumed there was no
keyboard because Teletypesetter used a rather complicated keyboard
perforator to handle proportional-spaced material.  Well I've just
located a manual on the Model 20 and it shows a KSR configuration.
So yes there is a Model 20 four-row keyboard.  But I'd still bet that
very few of them were made.
