[GreenKeys] No More Bidder Names

I haven't checked the official rules but someone on another list said that
the bidder ID's only get hidden when the high bid goes over $200. I can't say
I'm too happy with the new rule, either, as being more a seller than a buyer I
usually check the bidder list on radio items and try to avoid bidding against
my better customers. :-) However, most items I would bid on would be little
items I was looking for to complete a radio set, and most wouldn't go over
$200. From the boiler plate eBay displayed on one over $200 item I was looking
at, if you are a bidder, the other bidders wouldn't be hidden from you.
Plus teletype, Teletype and RATT related items seldom go very high anyway.
