[GreenKeys] A Glass Teletype?!

If you look carefully at the bottom right front edge of the base you'll 
see a 4 digit number, 4540 or 4456 or something like that.  That's the 
actual model number of this item.  It is ex-AT&T that we used back in 
the late 80s through the 90's time frame.  The Phone factory as well as 
other outfits used them by the thousands and there might still be some 
in service.  Some were mono and some were color.  I wouldn't invest in 
one unless you has the specific equipment to run it.  Seems they had 
particular software that was supplied by the controller.  I don't 
remember all the specifics on them.

They were pretty reliable though when operated with the right equipment 
as was the case with most all AT&T stuff from that time frame and 
previous years.
