[GreenKeys] Use a strobe light to see movement

Those super brights take so little power, I drive one directly, no series
resistor, with my bench audio signal generator for strobe use. Using the
triangle wave output lets you adjust the pulse duty cycle by adjusting the
output amplitude. I put the freq counter on one of the other outputs if I'm
trying to make measurements (rpm, etc.).
