Back in the 70's when I was learning tty my daughter had a disco strobe light that I used to watch the mechanical action of the tty machines. By adjusting the speed of the light you can actually stop the action. Lately I've seen super bright LED strobe light kits so you can do away with the HV and all that. Buzz
