[GreenKeys] What is this test meter?

DIGITECH made many different models of these test sets. Some were
rack mounted and some portable. Some were send only. Some were
receive only.

The seller has no idea what the item is. It is of course a telegraph
circuit distortion measuring set. We have no idea what the persons
reserve is on the auction. These sets are normally in operational
condition and were used up into the 80s. The impedance meter bit
comes from their technician noticing the banana jacks for a High Z
input.

Tony Snider is somewhat of an expert on these test sets. I have
bought a couple from him in the past.

Listed as an "impedance meter". With labels such as "MARKING",
"SPACING", and "LOOP", it looks to be a TTY test set. Does it just
measure distortion? Guessing from the labels it looks like it might
generate a signal also.

Anybody familiar with this one? Looks like it could be useful, but I
have so much stuff I am not likely to bid on it.
