Hi

Be careful of running Win98 as a web server.  It's not a terribly  
secure OS. If you do it, make sure you don't have anything else on the  
box that you care about.

An alternative - rent space. There are outfits called IPP's (internet  
presence providers) that will supply you with ftp space for a fee.  
It's very much like renting bandwidth from your ISP (internet service  
provider). The charges vary depending on what you need. Starter  
packages are in the $5 to $10 / month range.
