You need two CV-483's to make an AN/URA-17 (with diversity capability).  
Fortunately, the comparator circuitry is built into each, so unlike the earlier 
AN/URA-8A,B and the AN/URA-6...8 you don't need a separate comparator unit in 
addition to two converters.
