[GreenKeys] signal near 3.781 mhz

I have been hearing a teletype signal neatr3.781 mhz on upper sideband. 
This seems to be an 850 hz shift and 100 wpm (75 baud) signal. My rtty 
program is set up for normal ham usage instead of the more oftern comercial 
shift so that is why I am using usb instead of lsb to print.

 Most of what I print using the MMTTY program looks like garbage, but the 
diddles and cr/lf signals seem to be ok.  Some of the lines seem to have the 
same format and several characters are on each line in the same places.

Any information on what this may be ?
