I'll continue to clean this up as I get time - if there is a component 
value, etc. that you can't read- let me know and I'll "eye-ball" the 
copy I have.  It wasn't much of a copy to start with - and it's over 30 
years old (getting a bit worn) - but still - most values, etc. can be 
read under a good light.
