In the Signals Museum, there is a 1960's Marconi HR24 Dual Diversity 
receiver rack that I am about to begin restoration which uses a motorised 
servo AFC system that operates on reduced carrier SSB.  The motor is driven 
by four 6BW6's (actually CV2136).  Trouble is, I dont think there is any 
reduced carrier SSB around these days.
