For those interested;
This is a Model TS-659/UG Teletypewriter Test Set, made by the Teletype
Corporation.
When you open it up, there is a row of switches; from left to right;
1. Two position switch: Up = TTY Sigs, Down = 24.5 RS pr 30.6 RS
2. Three position lever: Up = Bias, Middle = 20%, Down = E.D. or E.O.
3. Three position lever: Up = M, Middle = O, Down = S
4. Six two position switches numbered 1,2,3,4,5,Stop Down position = Off,
Up = On
5. Output Jack.
On the top left: two switches;
1. Motor: On/Off
2. Filter: In/Out
To the right, there are three circles composed of copper? One inside the
other. A rotor with two arms; 1 that extends to the outmost circle and the
other arm that has three brushes where each brush makes contact with each of

The schematic diagram on the inside cover says WD-2403-C,
Wiring diagram ED58 Portable Repeat Character and Dot Transmitter Motor
Arrangement HE. Teletype Corporation. The last Revision is dated 5-10-49.
