[GreenKeys] Reasons for high voltge loop

I have made a pdf file out of an old rtty loop magazine that gives some 
reasons for the high voltage loop in the older machines.  As we are stuck 
with the coils in the machines for the older Mod 15 and 28 printers , the 
high voltage is the way to go.

Also not mentioned , the high voltage tends to keep the oil and dust burnt 
off the keyboard and TD contacts.
