The web site listed above is not operative at the time of this 
writing--and, more importantly, I haven't had my first cuppa coffee yet, 
but what am I missing?

For *years*, anybody could have gone to the FCC web site directly, the 
QRZ.com web site, bought a "Flying Horse" or QRZ callbook CD and gotten 
all the names/calls/addresses that they wanted. What am I missing that 
is so different now???
