[GreenKeys] TT-1185 Modem?

That's an RTTY/SITOR (AMTOR) modem. Widely used in marine communication.

Actually I am trying to get one of those working after I finally got the 
technical
manual. The best is, that you can even connect 50 baud terminals 
(teleprinter) when
using a 4-wire RS-232-current loop interface. :-)
