Hey John,
  Sorry I can't help you on the TT's, but I can say that I've messed with
TrueTTY a little and it's nice.  I prefer MMTTY though.  It seems to be "the"
PC teletype software and it's very easy to use.  Best of all, it's free!

  There's a lot of neat software on the site that Mako, JE3HHT has created. 
MMSSTV works great as well!
