 I have two different scopes converted for rtty. I get old scopes on ebay
for about 5-10 bucks, gut them and just use the power supply ans scope tube.
Then I use the old standby circuit that was in just about every ARRL
handbook from the 70's and also in  I think the new RTTY handbook that used
a 12AX7 for the mark space amp tube.
I have them in 3" and 5"
I usually sub an octal socket and use a 6SL7 for the amp tube but any dual
triode will work just fine.
