[GreenKeys] ST6 tuning scope circuit needed

Does anyone have the schematic and parts list for the crt tuning scope for
the ST6 converter or a magazine issue that it appeared in?  I don't think it
was in the original Ham Radio magazine article that Irv wrote but maybe I am
wrong.  Almost all of the Hal ST6 kits that I have seen built only used the
meter.  Was the circuit part of the Hal ST6 or was it an add on from
somewhere else?

What 1 inch crt's can it use?  I know that the slightly larger 2BP1 and 2AP1
were the most common crt's used but I have not seen many 1" crt's and yet I
think the ST6000 uses/used a 1 inch crt.
