Phillip, you admitted in one of your posts that you had intended a 
little jab in our ribs, perhaps to just get our attention...

I think your jab has done an admirable job at getting a lot of 
feathers ruffled. I Generally try to stay out of things just because 
I don't have a hell of a lot of time for much outside activity, but 
in this case I think you are able to perceive that my response 
indicated a modicum of displeasure, and a considerably larger than 
expected group of folks also took some umbrage with your position.

Louis L'Amour, a famous author of Western and some historical novels 
often used an expression which roughly paraphrased states:  " If you 
fool around on the bandwagon, you gotta expect to get hit with the 
horn".

You pretty well blew it with your responses to our responses.

I mentioned life experience, and the benefits one can derive from 
same. Hopefully you can see that sometimes it is better to stay 
silent than to continue to express your thoughts and reasoning, or 
conjure up justification when all it will do is to cause you to work 
your way deeper into the mire.

To the GreenKeyers out there in GreenKeys Land, I think it is time to 
meander back over to "teletype-ism" and leave Phillip alone. I 
sincerely hope we can curtail any further perturbation of this list 
from its intended purpose of sharing and exchanging our knowledge, 
skills, and experience at making the old clunkers continue to pound 
away. I am not saying that we should not occasionally digress into 
other areas, but for the most part, let's try and keep it teletype.
