Don, Duncan, et al,
AN/GRC-106 is a Vietnam War vintage set, at least a generation newer than the
Korean War vintage AN/AGA-1. And is anyway a ground set, not aircraft. I
have a TT-30 manual somewhere but just spent an hour looking for it without
success. However, it's unlikely it gives any application information.
At a guess, most likely radio associated would be something like Collins
18S-4 but I couldn't guess at the related transmitting and receiving converters
(TU is a civilian term). Aircraft maybe P2V.
