ROY,
THANKS MUCH FOR SHARING THIS INFORMATION.

Website:
http://www.vacuumbrain.com/docs/iron.html
This place has catalogs and data for a wide variety of transformer
makers of bygone days.
The 1964 WE data (87 pages long) is at:
WE_Transformers_1964.pdf>
I also found a 1916 Western Electric Catalog on line in DjVu form:
western_electric_catalog_1916/idxA.html>
However it seems to have mostly power distribution transformers and
the like - "pole pigs". A more thorough search may turn up
something but I think it's too early for your transformer.
If you find info, do post the source so we can all go look,
Roy
