[GreenKeys] Power line and 75 wpm gears

As a retired broadcaster I can attest that the WX loop we had, was indeed  75 
wpm. It ran perceptibly faster than the UPI or AP printers.

Sent a  email to Eugene off list.  Had similiar problem few years ago with  
house lights following washing machine motor chugs.  Was bad neutral  on pole 
transformer feeding house.  

While at Western Union,  seem to remember that 75 wpm was weather circuits 
speed.  Could be  mistaken due to faulty memory of  course.
