AH  these are the military equivalent to the WECo KS 5663-L4  
Rectifier...  These are good units.  Produced by Power Equipment Co.  
Detroit, Michigan
under the KS (Kearny, NJ Specification).  We used a lot of these  
units at Illinois Bell Telephone Company in the 60's
