I have a nice computer getting ready to be retired and would like to make it 
available to any list member.  It is an:

IBM CLone, tower case, suitable for web surfing or ham use:

AMD K6-2 500mhz accelerated to compare with an 800Mhz - 1.0 Ghz Pentium 
class.  Has been in use daily and is what I am on at present typing this.  
Currently running XP SP2 with no problems and has used both Norton and AVG 
without a glitch.  It surfs well.  I can supply barebones for your internals 
or whatever internals you need.  Use your own OS or negotiate for mine :-)

Second on the list is a quality 17" monitor which has standard SVGA socket 
input or four BNC professional color gun inputs.  I also have the special 
BNC leaded cable which sells for $175.  Reasonable package value is between 
$300 & 600 depending on whether you drive the BNC's or not.

For those of you who have never done it, be aware that you can run and 
access two boxes by using a simple KVM switch.  So if you want to leave your 
existing box alone but could use another independent of it, the KVM will 
allow you to do that with minimal disruption to your existing hardware.  For 
example, leave one running your transceiver and let the other manage a RTTY 
circuit or your email.

Just offer something worthwhile in trade related to hamming, sports 
shooting, or whatever or send me a "why I need it" plea ... I'll respond to
