[GreenKeys] 850 shift rtty sig

I've been listening to 7082 kc for a little while and the d850 shift, maybe 50 baud rtty signal there.  It sounded like it was tape sent initially but then it stopped and keyboard activity continued.  Now at 0200Z it's gone.  Not strong enough for me to get any sort of print on so i'm wondering if anyone else heard it.  First time for me but i'll listen more often now that i've heard it for the first time.  Long haul CW props to the east this evening on 40 meters.
