Sure beats me - nothing I've ever seen.  Note the 4-row keyboard.
The nameplate on the motor shows it is real Teletype, but doesn't
give us any other clues.   Maybe one of our Chicago people, Don
House or Tom Kleinschmidt, can go look at the thing and see if it
is a unique artifact that needs to be preserved.  I would be
surprised if they get any bids on it, with their $50 starting
bid and buyer's premium and all that.
