[GreenKeys] 28 type pallet fonts?

Not sure if I am using the right terminology, but my question refers to the black thingy that holds all the individual hammers with ltrs and figs on them. It is these hammers that hit the paper.

Anyway, I have a 28 KSR and 28 ASR. The KSR's font is the typical teletype font with a very small serif. Exactly the font found here:
<http://www.baudot.net/images/baudot-net-banner.jpg> the printed "BAUDOT.NET" on the tape (thanks Gil!)

My ASR has a different type face. It is completely san serif, very similar to Letter Gothic MT within microsoft word for example, seen here:

Frankly, I prefer the teletype font with the serif. So I was curious:
a) has anyone compiled a list of all the type faces that were made available
b) anyone have an extra "standard serif" pallet I could swap for or buy?

Similar question. On the KSR pallet, it has 1 apostrophe hammer in the letters section, yet when I receive the word "DOG'S" I get "DOG S". On the ASR pallet, I have one apostrophe in the FIGS section and it will print correctly.

So, some questions (of course)
a) was it popular to have a LTRS code to represent an apostrophe?
b) can I simply move the hammer from the LTRS section into the correct spot in the FIGS section? Will this work? How does one move these hammers?

Next: My ASR keyboard has fractions on the keys as FIGS+F,K,L,C,V,B,N. These are fractions with denominators of 2,4,8. Were these type pallets common? I was thinking about trying to locate a pallet to match the keyboard, but then I realized that I would be giving up the apostrophe which on my keyboard FIGS+S is the BELL (which is not connected).

So, anyone have a 28 pallet with the standard serif font and an apostrophe in the FIGS? Happy to trade my sans-serif pallet with apostrophe in the FIGS
