[GreenKeys] NAVELEX 28 ASR?

Hello all,

I have a very large and good 28 ASR manual entitled
NAVELEX 0967-LP-625-5010

TECHNICAL MANUAL
OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
WITH PARTS LIST

VOLUME 1

TELETYPEWRITER SET
AUTOMATIC SEND-RECEIVE
MODEL 28

It appears to be an excellent manual for my 28 ASR. Only problem is, it only goes up to chapter 5, and according to the table of contents should go to chapter 8. The manual is about 3.5" inches thick, so I am assuming that chapters 6, 7 and 8 must exist in a "VOLUME 2" 

Anyone have volume 2 to this manual? It has a nice blue soft plastic cover.
