[GreenKeys] model 28 parts overlap with 33?

There is zero overlap between Model 28 and Model 33 parts.
 
For starters, the Model 28 is a five level or baudot machine.  Of  course, 
the Model 33 is an eight level or ASCII machine.  The differences  go much 
deeper.
