[GreenKeys] base to stand screws

Those are common screws, as I've used thousands for two-way radio installs
over 35 years.  Go to any company that sells screws, and you'll probably
have to buy a box of 100, but the whole box full will be in the range of
$1.50 to maybe as high as $3.00.  I used 'washer head teks' since they
drill they're own hole in sheet metal, and have a built-in washer under the
head but they're available as sheet metal screws without the 'drill' tip on
them.  You might find them in smaller quantities at places like Tractor
Supply, and maybe Lowe's.
