That's a pactor 1 station using the same tones
as RTTY they should see that frequency as busy
if RTTY is in use on the freq. They have been talking
about moving in the past. I know there are a lot
of the older rigs with crystals still out there for
14,075 (me for one) . that is why I bring it up.

For years I have kept a Amtor station on 075.
Even long after all the RTTY guys gave up on the
net.
