John,

It was nice to see perfect print from BC today on 14.0841 MHz. You have
things set up perfectly. I only had to send the WRU sequence one time and your
carrier came up, message sent, and then carrier dropped. I wasn't sure
about the EOM sequence if there is one so I sent NNNN twice.

This is really great!

Long term, I don't think that 14.0841 MHz is the perfect frequency for an
Autostart net. There is a lot of DX in and near this frequency all the time.
I sent my message to you and was immediately called by stations in Scotland,
Greenland and Ukraine. All this and zero sunspots! No sunspots, no problems!

I'm not sure how successful 14.075 MHz might be as there seems to be a lot
of activity there as well. But, we should actively discuss if we want to stay
where we are now.

Russ

PS - I was going to send you and Tony a little RTTY Art but I wasn't sure
where your line length was set on your computer.
