I have been QRT since last March, but it is hard to imagine that  there are 
so many RTTY contesters operating whereby the entire CW band  segment is hosed 
up. Especially since most digital mode action is  somewhat confined to the 
upper portion of the traditional CW band  segments.
 
This guy sounds like he could stand a "chill pill" and a  decent CW 
filter/antenna system combo.
