[GreenKeys] Terminal Units

My first TU was the TTL-2 along with a Model 19.  I then built up Irv Hoff's
ST-3/4 along with a scope. It worked really well. Then I built the ST-5 and it
also worked real well.  I tried a few TU's from MARS but they paled in
comparison to the ST's.
