[GreenKeys] RTTY Anniversary

Don't know the date of that contact, but 20 Feb 1953 was the first
time that FSK was allowed on the HF bands (except it was previously
allowed on 11 meters).  Before that there was some HF operation
using make and break keying.

I used to celebrate that anniversary with "green key night" but eventually
gave it up.  I felt like Linus going door to door to tell people about
the Great Pumpkin.
