[GreenKeys] How to connect a Dovetron MPC-1000R to a ICOM 706MKIIG?

Anyone using the Dovetron MPC-1000R with a ICOM 706MKIIG? Right now I want to do receive only, but eventually I'll get my General
license so that I can send too, on HF.

The receive connection I understand how to do, but it's connecting it up for sending that I need help with. The 706 has a RTTY jack
for FSK that uses a 3-conductor 1/8" plug. The tip is for 'FSKK', the ring for 'SEND' and then there is the ground. AFSK is done by
using either the MIC jack or the ACC (accessory) jack. The Dovetron has both EIA RS-232C and MIL STD 188C output jacks and a AFSK
output jack.
