[GreenKeys] Model 28 ASR - It's working, except the Keyboard locked up

Well I started the unit up for the first time after doing some cleaning up work. No smoke. Need a ribbon for the printer as the one
that was in it is all dried up, but at least the printer 'seems' to work. The TD works, and in one position, it causes the perf to
work. But, the keyboard has locked up. I was able to type some to the perf, but when I moved the switch to a different position, it
locked up. I tried moving the switch to different positions, but that didn't help. What's the way to get unlock the keyboard?
 
Also, where's a good source to get new ribbons?
