This is true however the sentence normally contains more to check the  
printing of numbers and the length of the line:

THE QUICK BROWN FOX JUMPED OVER A LAZY DOG'S BACK 1234567890 TESTING  
(68 CHARACTER LINE)
THE QUICK BROWN FOX JUMPED OVER A LAZY DOG'S BACK 1234567890 ##  
TESTING (71 CHARACTER LINE)
THE QUICK BROWN FOX JUMPED OVER A LAZY DOG'S BACK 1234567890 TESTING  
123 (72 CHARACTER LINE)
