Dave,
That's the standard no-frills keyboard perf. Same as
a reperf, but non-typing and no selector.

Where did you get the felt to reline the interior?
Also, I've never seen a Perf like that in 28ASR.
You mentioned before that it works something like
a M19 with an electromagnet to punch?
